Les Steward & Anthea Beck’s Cessna T303 G-PUSI

The sun was shining on July 13th for a group from The Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve Yacht Club visiting the Jersey Aero Club.

Whilst their main aim was obviously sailing, they took time off to pay the club a visit . After lunch, they were treated to a flight around the island by Les Steward and Anthea Beck in their Cessna 303 aircraft G-PUSI.

The aim of the flight was obviously to have the chance to see our beautiful island from the air but also, very kindly, to raise money for Helping Wings. Both vice-chairman Jonathan Gready and Chairperson Eveline Hawkin were at the club to welcome them and apart from being able to join them on one of the flight, were handed £140 for the charity raised from these flights.

Everyone loved their experience and all of us, at Helping Wings, would like to thank everyone involved for the generous donation.

Hopefully, they will all go away with wonderful memories of their stay in Jersey.
