October day
After weeks of wonderful weather, Saturday 2nd October turned out to be just about the worst possible day weather wise! At least, the decision as whether to fly or not was easy – all flying had to be cancelled.
However, the day did go ahead and yet again, we have to thank the airport fire service team who were with us for most of the day entertaining the children and their families.
The children were also kept busy by our team of helpers who were at hand to guide them to make some wonderful Christmas decorations for the St. Peter Christmas Tree Festival – Best decorations ever…
Since then, our pilots have been busy trying to catch up with all the 19 cancelled flights to ensure that each family gets a trip around the island.
